Image Guidelines

Capture a photo or select an existing one that was taken in daylight or a well-lit room.
Utilize a smartphone or a high-quality camera for the best results.
Make sure your pet's entire face and neck are visible and not shrouded in shadow.
Avoid overly filtered photos to ensure we accurately represent your pet's coloring.
Ideally, your pet should be looking straight at the camera, at eye level, and facing forward. Other positions are also acceptable, but remember that the final portrait will depict your pet in the same position as in the photo.
If you are ordering a full body model, please submit at least one picture of face, back, chest, tail, paws and both sizes of the body.
