Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order and receive a refund, but the conditions depend on the stage of your order. If you cancel before we start working on your project, we will refund your payments. However, if you decide to cancel after we've already begun crafting your artwork, a refund of 50% of the total price will be offered. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to minimize the work completed and maximize your refund.

Where do I upload my photos?

Once your order is placed, expect an email from us within 24 hours, where we'll be requesting a photo of your pet.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I return?
