Photo Submission: In order to create the perfect needle-felted portrait of your cherished pet, we require a high-quality, high-resolution photo. This image serves as the foundation of our artwork, so it's crucial that it captures your pet's unique personality and adheres to our submission guidelines. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of the final product if the submitted photo is of low quality or does not follow our guidelines.

Custom Artwork: Every piece we create is a unique collaboration between you, our artists, and your pet. Our artwork is intricately handcrafted and reflects your pet's distinctive personality. As we near the completion of your piece, we'll send you a preview photo. At this stage, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our artist to fine-tune the details, ensuring the final portrait perfectly captures your pet as you know them best. This process underscores our belief in creating artwork that harmoniously blends our artistic expertise with your intimate knowledge of your pet

Production Time: Given the personalized nature of our products, production times may vary. We'll always keep you informed about the progress and estimated delivery date of your order.

Order Cancellation Policy: All orders require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price to secure your place in the queue. If you decide to cancel your order before we begin your project, we'll refund your payments, excluding the 20% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after work has begun will be refunded at 50% of the total price. We appreciate your understanding.

Order Change Policy: Should you wish to make changes to your order, please email us at your earliest convenience within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes beyond this time frame, as we may have already commenced work on your order.

Return Policy: If you're not completely satisfied with your Murbble creation, please contact us at support@murbble.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We'll do our utmost to address any issues you may have. However, due to the custom-made nature and the considerable time investment each Murbble creation requires, we do not accept returns. If you desire additional modifications, you may ship your artwork back to us at your own expense, and we'll make the necessary changes.

Intellectual Property: All artwork created by our artists remains the property of Murbble and cannot be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Cancellations: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please do so within 30 minutes of placing it. After that time, we may begin working on your order and might not be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

Returns and Refunds: As each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the drawing process has begun. However, if you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
